ProKNX app for iPhone and iPad

ProKNX is a native remote application for EIB/KNX homeautomation environments.

ProKNX is a easy and intuitive application to remote the daily use of your Homeautomation just with a touch on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad. Control all lights, dimmer, sun- and roller blinds, KNX scenes etc. Create a collection of switches and save them as personal scenes.
Access to these individual scenes with only one touch.

Installers: This application may be configured offline with a standard textfile. After uploading this textfile to the ProKNX website, you will just need a four digit code that you insert into the device(s) of your customer and configuration will be done automatically. Not necessary to configure every single device in a long and circumstantial way. Backup this textfile and use it with the next cellphone generation.

Philips Pronto Users: If you have already done your KNX configuration with the ProKNX modular software, then you may use this application "out of the box". Just upload your Pronto xcf to our server, insert the four digit code in your Apple device, and here we go!

ProKNX needs the ProKNX-IPi gateway (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) or ProKNX-IP+ gateway (Philips Pronto TSU 9400, 9600 and 9800, iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) to get access via WiFi to your KNX environment.
The Gateway is available at Bleu Comm Azur, a KNX member company.

The gateway needs to be inserted with ETS software into the KNX project. The KNX application offers Communication Objects as any other KNX devices, that will be assigned to KNX group adresses.
